Description
The Hôtel-Dieu de Québec of the CHU de Québec, the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, CRDP Raymond-Dewar and the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre offer cochlear implant programming follow-up.
For programming checks at the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec :

The frequency of programming checks will be specified to you by your audiologist.

They are usually recommended annually or every 2 years. However, they can take place before, depending on your needs.

Before requesting a programming check, first make sure you have checked with technical support that your needs are not related to a breakage of your device.

Note that for technical support, no appointment is required. You can present yourself to technical support between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.) from Monday to Friday at the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec.
